BBVA VALUES DAY 2024 was a global annual event celebrated across all locations of BBVA, with the main gathering held at its headquarters in Madrid. More than 100,000 employees took part in an experience focused on celebrating the 4 different personality types within the organization.

The 2024 edition highlighted individual strengths through interactive games and activities. Those activities were designed to find your personality type, discover ways to interact better with each personality type and create a sense of belonging.
I was part of the core creative team, leading the Art Direction and developing the visual identity across all touchpoints. I also designed a custom table game, merchandising, and various communication assets.
